Chad Hensley, P.E., elected to PRO Board of Directors

FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich., June 12, 2025 – PRO: An ACI Center of Excellence for Advancing Productivity announced today that Chad Hensley, P.E. has been elected to its Board of Directors. Mr. Henley and his experience in the construction sector will help PRO continue to meet its mission to collaborate with designers, material suppliers, builders, and other industry stakeholders to continually improve the constructability of design and productivity of construction for concrete structures of all types.

Mr. Hensley holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering-Construction Option from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, N.C. He has over 30 years of experience managing concrete, civil, environmental, and highway construction projects. Since joining Wayne Brothers in 1999, Chad has earned his engineering license, become a partner at Wayne Brothers, and currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Concrete Group Manager. Wayne Brothers also recently became PRO’s first Gold Member.

Within ACI, Mr. Hensley serves as chairman of the Construction Liaison Committee, secretary of Committee 305—Hot Weather Concreting, member of Committee 132—Responsibilities in Concrete Construction, and associate member of Committee 134—Concrete Constructability.
